All products are 3D printed to order. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product colors.

Print times vary depending on the complexity and size of the item. Estimated processing times are provided on each product page and during checkout.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is processed securely through Square. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. Payment must be received in full before we begin processing your order.

5. Intellectual Property

All 3D models are used under proper commercial licenses from their respective creators. When you purchase a physical 3D printed item from us:

• You own the physical item you receive
• You do NOT acquire rights to the 3D model design
• You may not reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from our products
• You may not reverse-engineer our products to obtain the 3D model files

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Little Layer Lab or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

6. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Technical limitations preventing us from fulfilling the order

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate email when your order begins production.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Layer Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components
• Any errors or omissions in any content

Our products are intended for decorative and play purposes. They are not suitable for structural, safety-critical, or medical applications.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Layer Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
