Shipping Policy

Made to Order

All our products are 3D printed to order, which means your item is created specifically for you. This ensures the highest quality but also means we need a bit of time to print, finish, and pack your order before shipping.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We're a small family operation based in Melbourne, Victoria, and we're focusing on providing the best service to Australian customers.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

2. Processing Times

Because each item is made to order, processing times vary based on:

  • The complexity and size of the item
  • The number of items in your order
  • Current queue of orders

Typical Processing Times:

  • Small items: 2-4 business days
  • Medium items: 4-7 business days
  • Large or complex items: 7-10 business days
  • Multiple items: May take longer depending on quantity

The estimated processing time for each product is shown on the product page and during checkout. We'll send you an email when your order starts printing and another when it ships.

3. Shipping Methods

We use trusted Australian shipping carriers to deliver your order:

3.1 Standard Shipping (Australia Post)

  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking: Included
  • Coverage: All Australian addresses

3.2 Express Shipping (Available for most items)

  • Delivery time: 1-3 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking: Included
  • Note: Express shipping speeds up delivery, not production time

Important: Shipping times begin after your item has been printed and dispatched. The total time from order to delivery includes both processing time and shipping time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • The size and weight of your order
  • Your chosen shipping method

Typical Shipping Costs:

  • Standard (Metro): $8-$12
  • Standard (Regional): $10-$15
  • Standard (Remote): $15-$20
  • Express: Additional $5-$10

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your package

6. Delivery

6.1 Signature Requirements

Most packages do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in the order notes during checkout.

6.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful:

  • The carrier will leave a card with collection instructions
  • You can usually arrange redelivery or pickup from a local post office
  • Packages are typically held for 10 business days before being returned

6.3 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately.

We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

7. Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume during busy periods
  • Technical issues with printing equipment
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Public holidays

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we'll contact you to provide an update. You can also reach out to us anytime for a status update.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

8.1 Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package is lost or hasn't moved in over 10 business days:

  1. Contact us with your order details
  2. We'll investigate with the shipping carrier
  3. If the package cannot be located, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund

8.2 Damaged Packages

We pack all items carefully with protective materials. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately

9. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We can ship to:

  • PO Boxes: Yes, via Australia Post
  • Parcel Lockers: Yes, Australia Post Parcel Lockers are supported

Please ensure you provide the complete and correct address format for these delivery options.

10. Customs and Duties

Since we only ship within Australia, there are no customs fees or import duties to worry about. All prices shown include GST where applicable.
